What we collect through this website

Our enquiry forms ask only for what we need in order to reply to you:

  • Your name
  • Your email address and/or phone number
  • Whatever you choose to write in the message field

Please do not send NDIS plans, health information or other sensitive documents through the website forms or by ordinary email. Those channels are not encrypted end to end. If you need to share a plan or supporting documents, call us on 1800 978 707 and we will arrange a secure way to receive them.

Why we collect it

Only to respond to your enquiry, to discuss whether our supports suit your goals, and — if you decide to go ahead — to plan and deliver those supports. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing unless you ask us to.

Health and other sensitive information

Delivering disability supports means we will sometimes hold health information about you. We collect it only with your consent, only where it is reasonably necessary for the supports you have asked for, and we limit it to what is needed for that purpose.

Who we share it with

We share information with the service providers described below so we can handle enquiries and deliver supports. We may also share it with people you nominate — a support coordinator, family member or advocate — or with regulators such as the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission where the law requires it.

Website enquiries and referrals pass through FormSubmit to our Google Workspace (Gmail) inbox. FormSubmit says it retains submissions for up to 30 days. We use Google Drive to hold participant records. These cloud services may process or store information outside Australia, including in the United States.

How we store and protect it

Participant records are stored in files on our PCs and in Google Drive. Access is limited to authorised staff who need the information for their work, and our Google accounts use two-step verification. We keep participant records for seven years after supports end, or longer if required by law, then securely delete them. We keep complaint records for seven years from the date each record is made. Other personal information, including enquiries that do not lead to services, is deleted or de-identified when it is no longer needed, unless we must retain it by law.

Accessing and correcting your information

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct anything that is wrong. Contact us and we will respond within 30 days. There is no charge for asking.

Website analytics and cookies

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and does not use third-party analytics. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google's servers to fetch them. The Ask us box answers questions in your browser; it does not send your question to us or store it.

Making a privacy complaint

If you think we have mishandled your information, tell us first — see our complaints page. Our Manager will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days if you provide contact details. We aim to respond within 30 calendar days. If it takes longer, we will explain why and tell you when to expect an update.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
