Referrals, made simple
Tell us a little about the person's goals and the supports they're after, and we'll come back with a straightforward proposal — no jargon, no pressure. Please don't email plans or medical documents; call us and we'll arrange a secure way to share them.
No. Participants, family members, and support coordinators can all reach out directly — a formal referral isn't required to start the conversation.
What NDIS funding does this fall under?
It depends on your plan and on the support being delivered. Day-to-day assistance often sits under Core Supports, while supports aimed at building skills and independence may sit under Capacity Building — but the same activity can fall into different budgets depending on your goals and how it is delivered. We're happy to look at your plan with you and check how it lines up, and your plan manager or support coordinator can confirm.
Is there an out-of-pocket cost?
For eligible NDIS participants, support is usually covered by your plan with no gap payment. We'll always tell you upfront if that's not the case for something specific.
What areas do you service?
We're based in Brisbane and most of our in-person support is delivered around Brisbane and South East Queensland. We do work with participants elsewhere in Queensland, so the honest answer is that it depends on where you are and what you need — call us and we'll tell you straight away whether we can cover you, rather than have you guess from a map.
How quickly can support begin?
It depends on your plan and current supports, but we aim to have an initial conversation within a few business days of hearing from you.
