Loving Care Disability Services is seeking dedicated and empathetic Support Workers to provide high-quality care to NDIS participants across Brisbane and surrounding areas.

As a Support Worker, you will assist individuals with a disability to live independently, achieve their goals, and actively participate in their community. You’ll provide support across a range of areas including personal care, community access, daily living skills, and emotional well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with domestic duties and meal preparation
 

Support clients in social, recreational, and community activities
 

Promote independent living and personal development
 

Follow individual care plans and report on progress

Yard maintenance
 

Uphold the values of dignity, respect, and inclusion
